- Management a direct supply category or categories, including strategy development & deployment, supplier performance and relationship;
- Cooperating with suppliers and internal stakeholder (global and local), building and develop strong and mutual beneficial partnerships to fulfill the overall procurement targets within cost optimization, increasing value and contractual compliance;
- Sourcing and on-boarding new suppliers in line with commodity strategy;
- Performing market analysis to maintain a good knowledge of potential evolutions within the assigned commodity (new players, new technologies, etc.), strong involvement in Advanced Engineering and early supplier integration;
- Management cross-functional projects, leading price and contract negotiations;
- Monitoring overall QDC Performance of the commodity and driving improvement actions when required;
- Driving the annual Business Review Meetings with key suppliers;
- Supporting Operations according to escalation process;
- Global job scope – responsibility for 4 entities in Poland, United Kingdom, Mexico and United States.
- Bachelor and/or master within a relevant field of study;
- Proven track record within strategic procurement and/or categorymanagement (+5 years);
- Strong communication and project management skills;
- Motivated by leading negotiation;
- Experienced in stakeholder management;
- Cross-functional approach;
- Goal-oriented and proactive;
- Analytical mindset and possess the ability of strategic thinking;
- Excellent English communication skills, other languages will be an asset;
- Willingness to travel internationally (at least 25%).
