Welcome to the Wealth Management Banking Compliance team. We add value by ensuring the bank conducts business in accordance with applicable laws, rules, standards for conduct, and respect the principles of integrity and fair dealing at all times. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a valuable role in strengthening the focus on compliance in Wealth Management. You will also have the opportunity to get insight into a variety of initiatives across business areas, functions and countries. Our business is both local and Nordic!
Examples of tasks:
- Identifying, describing and assessing risks
- Regulatory change assessments
- Monitoring of controls and activities
- Advising and training employees on how to handle compliance risks
- Dialogue with business leaders on compliance and conduct issues
- Leading or participating in projects
- Reporting assurance results, compliance risks and risk management
You'll join a strong, international team with 13+ colleagues who have widespread contact with stakeholders both locally and across the bank. The role is based in Helsinki; Copenhagen; Gdynia; Oslo; Stockholm; Tallinn; Warszawa.

Your experience and background:
- You have experience, either working with compliance and risk, or in a position that requires good working knowledge of MiFID regulation, business conduct, and/or investment products and financial advice.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in a local Nordic language as well as excellent English skills.
